MINI SHEET DOOR WARRANTY

Janus International Corporation, headquartered in Temple, Georgia, 30179, warrants that every "mini door" or building component and its hardware and fittings will be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of ONE (1) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable only to doors installed within the USA, Canada, and Mexico that have been: * Installed with a fitness for a particular purpose and fit for the specific application recommended by Janus. * Maintained in strict accordance with our recommendations. This warranty is NOT applicable to: * Any electric operators and/or accessories that work or may have been purchased in conjunction with the Janus door. Refer to operator manufacturer for details. * The paint film integrity, chalk or fading which is covered as a separate warranty by the color coating manufacturer. See the Janus color chart for details. This warranty is NOT applicable when damage, deterioration, or failure is caused by: * Misuse or excessive wear and tear; * Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance; * Improper installation contrary to Janus installation instructions and specifications; * Improper handling; * Improper or unfit application; * Prolonged or unprotected storage prior to installation; * Acts of God and/or extreme weather conditions or atmospheric conditions; * Structure to which door is installed is unfit for application; * Any circumstance beyond the manufacturer’s control. * Any intentional or negligent act or omission of purchase or of any third party.
