Roll Up Doors Direct, headquartered in Minneola, FL, 34711 warrants that every mini door or building component and its hardware and fittings will be free of defects in workmanship and material for a extended period of ONE + ONE(2Years) to ONE + FOUR(5Years) years from the date of purchase. We further warrant that every commercial door and its hardware and fittings will be free of defects in workmanship and material for a extended period of ONE + ONE (2 Years) to ONE + FOUR (5Years) years from the date of purchase.

Roll Up Doors Direct, Headquartered at 903 Jan Mar Court, Minneola, FL 34715 warrants that every commercial door and it hardware and fittings will be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of TWO to FIVE years from the date of purchase.

This warranty is applicable to doors installed with the USA, Canada that have been:
• Installed with a fitness for a particular purpose and fit for application we recommend.
• Maintained in accordance with our recommendations.
This warranty is NOT applicable to:
• Any electric operators and / or accessories that work or may have been purchased in conjunction with the Roll Up Doors Direct door. Refer to operator manufacturer for details.
• The paint film integrity, chalk or fading which is covered as a separate warranty by the color coating manufacturer. See the Roll Up Doors Direct color chart for details.
This warranty is NOT applicable when damage or deterioration is caused by:
• Misuse or excessive wear and tear;
• Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance;
• Improper installation contrary to Roll Up Doors Direct installation instructions and specifications;
• Improper handling;
• Improper or unfit application;
• Prolonged storage prior to installation (over 30 days);
• Acts of God and extreme weather conditions or atmospheric conditions;
• Structure to which door is installed is unfit for application;
• Any circumstance beyond the manufacturer’s control.

To correct the problem, Roll Up Doors Direct will, at their discretion, repair or replace the door or part(s) affected by the defect. Roll Up Doors Direct will furnish the necessary parts at no charge. Any charge, labor or otherwise, for freight, removal and installation shall be your responsibility.
In no event shall Roll Up Doors Direct be liable for consequential or incidental damages or injuries.
No warranty expressed or implied (including but not limited to a warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose) shall extend beyond the FIVE year period stated above. This foregoing warranty is exclusive to the commercial door and in lieu of all other warranties.
